How much does it cost to rent a cell-phone?
You must pay rental fee (Basic rental fee and daily charge) and telephone charge. There are two types of rental phones depending on the amount of call usage (Type A and Type B) and each telephone charge is as follows. For customers who only need to make few calls, type A is recommended and for those who will make many phone calls, type B is recommended.

What is the benefit on long-term rental?
For long-term rental or re-rental, we will give discount on rental charge according to rental periods.

For customers who rent a phone more than one time, we give 20 percent discount on basic charge. For those who rent a phone more than five times, they will be charged only with daily charge.
What kind of documents do I need to rent a phone?
The necessary documents for a corporation or an individual are different. For a corporation, a copy of certificate of corporation registration and a copy of user's ID are necessary. Security deposit for a phone is substitutable for a copy of certificate of corporation registration. For an individual, a copy of ID is necessary with security deposit of 150,000 won.
How can I pay? What kinds of payment method are there?
You can pay by cash or by credit card. If you pay by credit card, you must visit us to pay the total amount at one time. Deposit transaction service is recommended for your convenience.

Do I have to visit member store and pick up a phone for myself?
We deliver a rented phone in the areas within Seoul. We send a phone by delivery service outside Seoul.
Delivery service charge will be paid at arrival.
